Article 1 — Organiser

The "Ti-Sous" draw is organised by MORIS EVENTS, a sole proprietorship registered in Mauritius under BRN 126007347, operating morisevents.mu.

Article 2 — Free entry & eligibility

Participation is entirely free with no purchase necessary. Open to anyone aged 18+, residing in Mauritius, with a valid email. One registration per person.

Article 3 — Ti-Sous

Each action on the platform earns Ti-Sous. Each Ti-Sou = one chance in the draw. • Sign-up: 5 • Profile completed (WhatsApp): 3 • Provider review: 15 • Google review: 20 (after verification) • Contact a provider: 5 • Weekly visit: 3 Ti-Sous have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged or transferred.

Article 4 — Verification

Some actions are validated automatically; others (Google review) are verified by the Organiser before granting. Any fraudulent or unverifiable action may be rejected.

Article 5 — The draw

A draw is held every month, on the date shown on the draw page. The winner is drawn at random and traceably from all valid Ti-Sous. Ti-Sous reset each new edition unless stated otherwise.

Article 6 — Prize

Each edition's prize is described on the draw page (e.g. a Mauritian experience). It cannot be exchanged, refunded or converted to cash. The Organiser may replace it with one of equivalent value if needed.

Article 7 — The winner

The winner is contacted by email and/or WhatsApp using the details provided. If no reply within seven (7) days, or conditions unmet, a new draw may be held.

Article 8 — Leaderboard & data

The public leaderboard shows first name and last-name initial with the Ti-Sous count. Data is processed under the Data Protection Act 2017, solely to run the draw and contact the winner. Access, rectification or deletion: contact@morisevents.mu.

Article 9 — Liability

The Organiser is not liable for technical malfunctions or inability to participate beyond its control. It may cancel, suspend or amend the draw in case of force majeure.

Article 10 — Acceptance

Participating implies full acceptance of these rules, available at all times on the draw page. Rules governed by Mauritian law.
